Must-Visit for ARMYs: MAGNATE Cafe in Busan

We've been there too!

If you're a BTS fan, or even just a K-pop fan, you can't miss this trendy cafe.

If you had to choose just one must-visit BTS hotspot in Busan, it would undoubtedly be MAGNATE Cafe in Daeyeon-dong, Nam-gu.

Why has this cafe become a pilgrimage site?

Perhaps it's due to its unique exterior that resembles a converted warehouse, its large size, or its dazzling interior complete with chandeliers and colorful sofas.

Nope!

The reason is Jimin!

We visited the hotspot for BTS fans that is run by Jimin's father.

It has now become one of the must-visit BTS pilgrimage sites, attracting everyone from Koreans to foreigners, and from BTS fans to non-fans, regardless of whether it's a weekday or weekend.

As soon as you walk in, you're greeted with merchandise for sale, along with displays of gifts and memorabilia from BTS fans around the world who have visited this place. It's a true testament to the immense popularity of BTS, and it's inspiring to witness the global love and passion that fans have for them.

Seeing the letters, notes, and messages of support written in various languages was truly overwhelming.

They also sell a variety of merchandise, including eco-bags, hoodies, and more. T-shirts, in particular, are among the most popular items with fans.

This place is visited by many fans from around the world, so in addition to the Korean menu, English and Japanese menus are also available, making ordering easy.

The beverage menu is not very extensive, and unfortunately, there was no decaffeinated coffee available. However, the menu is constantly being updated, so hopefully, decaf options will be available by the time you read this and decide to visit. But don’t worry if you can’t drink coffee—there are plenty of other delicious drinks available!

However, the variety of cakes and bread is really impressive. Even on a weekday afternoon when there were fewer customers, many bakery items were already sold out. 😨😭 From this selection, we ordered the following items!

It was really delicious, just like in the pictures! (The cake melts in your mouth 💋!) The flavors were definitely worth both the time and money.

When we visited, most of the customers were from overseas, and seeing everyone enjoying their food really made us happy. 😁
