The shiitake mushroom toppings are a welcome addition and a lot more forward than toppings in other dishes In addition there are also bits of seaweed flakes which contribute to the clean broth flavor
The beef and fermented bean is a great pairing- the beef flavor helps to round out the fermented soybean flavor so it’s more subtle than you’d think It’s probably one of the best-balanced dishes in the lineup, flavor-wise
▶How To Cook:
1. Boil 1 1/2 cups (550ml) of water.
2. Add noodles and soup base.
3. Cook for 4~5 minutes and serve.
