Amount of intake & How to eat
- Put one tea bag (2g) in 1 liter of hot water (80~90℃) and steep for about 5 to 10 minutes. Keep the tea refrigerated. (If steeped for about 15 to 20 minutes, you can enjoy thicker taste and scent of red ginseng)
- You can also brew the tea in cold water and drink as iced tea or drinking water
- Put 1 tea bag in a mug and brew in cold or hot water to drink
- You can brew 2 or 3 times in a mug
